To wash dishes, use a wet sponge, cloth, or brush to rub the soap, clean dishes as you normally would.
If you want to use a tub or bowl to wash dishes, fill your washing container with water and either swish the dishwashing soap block around in the water or put it under the water as it's running and filling your container.
